MAKE APPOINTMENT
Please utilize our calendar to schedule your appointment. Once your appointment is confirm you will receive an email & invoice. Your Invoice MUST be paid in full in order to keep and confirm your appointment.

BRING YOUR IDENTIFICATION
Please bring valid identification documents. We will not fingerprint you without proper identification.
Note: There is a surcharge for Saturday appointments only.

Payments MUST be paid in full for your appointment to be confirmed. Your payment is fully refundable if you cancel your appointment at least (6) hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you do not show up for your appointment (NO SHOW) your payment is non-refundable. NOTE: You have a 15-minute grace period. If you are running late, you MUST send an email to us or speak with someone at White-Glove Fingerprinting to keep your appointment. All cancelations or rescheduling MUST be made by phone call or through our website at least 6 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you fail to cancel your appointment 6 hours before your scheduled time, you will be charged half of the cost of your fingerprinting fee. The remaining balance will be returned to your credit card.
